  • How many days do I need to stay to get a long-stay rate?
  • We offer special rates for long-staying guests starting from 14 nights. Please contact the reservations for customized offer.
  • How many people can a room accommodate?
  • My Place Hotels are designed to accommodate a maximum of two or four people per room, depending on the room type. Please note that the Standard Studios do not have space for extra beds. Be sure to select the number of people in your party when you use the booking engine on our website, and we will display only those rooms that can accommodate your party.
  • Is there an additional charge for more than one guest?
  • There is a charge of € 45,- per night for an "Extra Bed" for the third person.
  • What time is check-in / check-out?
  • Check-in begins at 3pm, and check-out is at 12.00 noon. Please be sure to arrange for a late check-in directly with the hotel if you will be arriving at the property after 11pm.
  • What amenities can I expect?
  • Our rooms offer fully-equipped kitchenettes that include a refrigerator, oven with microwave function, stovetop, toaster, water kettle and Nespresso machine, as well as cooking utensils, dishes, and cutlery (for two people). Additionally, all of our guests enjoy in-room WiFi Internet access, cordless phone use with personalized voicemail, cable television and laundry delivery service (on request).
  • What is your housekeeping policy?
  • For guests staying 1-6 nights the linen change is every 3rd day.

    For every seven days stayed, two full housekeeping services are provided. Full service includes dusting, vacuuming, changing linens and towels, emptying trash, cleaning of bathroom and kitchenette, replenishing the bath amenities and the toilet paper. Additional full service cleanings can be purchased at € 30,- per service.
  • What TV channels do you offer?
  • MyPlace offers the following TV channels: Austrian, German, Italian, Arabic, Russian, CNN, Discovery, Cartoon Network and more.
  • Does My Place offer spa facilities?
  • At MyPlace Riverside we offer sauna with relax room.
  • Do your locations offer an exercise facility?
  • Yes. Both MyPlace locations offer on-premise fully equipped exercise room / gym with treadmill, free weights and ergometers.
  • Do your hotels provide an iron and ironing board?
  • Every hotel room includes a full size iron and ironing board.
  • Do your properties offer safe deposit boxes?
  • Yes, every hotel room includes a safe deposit box.
  • Do you have luggage carts?
  • Yes, each property has a luggage cart available for your use.
  • Do you provide limousine service to and from the airport?
  • Yes, My Place has a premium partner for limousine services that can be booked directly with the concierge. It is also possible to book a private Chauffeur through the Concierge.
  • What is your payment / deposit policy?
  • It is our policy and practice to require payment in advance for all guest rooms. At check-in, guests paying the nightly rate will be charged for their entire stay. Guests paying the monthly rate will be charged for the first month of their stay upon check-in and then monthly.
  • Do your properties offer copy service or free internet use?
  • Yes, we have a small business center in the lounge for free use of our guests. It includes PC with internet connection and printer. Our concierge can assist you with mail delivery, fax service and copy service should you need it.
  • Do you offer wireless Internet access?
  • Both properties offer free broadband wireless Internet access.
  • What is your pet policy?
  • Although we love pets; due to the damages on furniture, hygienic issues and complaints from other guests, we have decided to be a pet free hotel.
