How do I book with MyPlace Premium Apartments?

Can I book in MyPlace Premium Apartments without a credit card?
Yes, for non-guaranteed bookings, you can conveniently book without a credit card. Please note that the non-guaranteed bookings are only available until 6 pm on the day of arrival.
When do I need a credit card to book?
To make a guaranteed booking, you need a valid credit card.
How many days do I get a long-stay rate?
We offer special rates for longer stays – from 14 nights and more. Please contact the reservation department and you will receive a corresponding offer.
How many guests can be accommodated in an apartment?
MyPlace Hotels are equipped to accommodate a maximum of two or four or 6 people per apartment, depending on the apartment type. Please note that we do not have space for an extra bed in the Standard Studios.
Do children sleep in MyPlace Premium Apartments for free of charge?
Children up to 2 years sleep free of charge in the room. We are happy to provide you with a baby cot for free of charge.
Children from 3 years of age pay 45 EUR per day if extra bed is needed.
Is there an extra charge for more than one guest?
From the 3rd person a fee of 45 EUR per night / per extra bed will be charged.
When are the check in / check out times:
In general, check – in is from 3 PM and check – out is until 11:00 AM. You can go to the hotel earlier and drop your bags at the reception. You are also warmly invited to relax in our hotel lobby. If your apartment is ready earlier, our reception staff will be more than happy to arrange an early check – in before 3 PM. Please note that we cannot guarantee early check-in.
What amenities are offered at MyPlace Premium Apartments?
Our apartments offer a fully equipped kitchenette, which includes a refrigerator, microwave oven, Kettle and Nespresso machine, as well as cooking utensils, such as crockery and cutlery for two guests. In addition, our guests enjoy in the apartment W-LAN Internet access, telephone, cable TV with a good selection of national and international channels.
What is your housekeeping policy?
Please note that there will be no cleaning for stays up to 3 Nights. For stays of 7 or more nights, cleaning is included twice a week. On request and at a surcharge, additional cleanings are possible.
How long is the reception in the MyPlace Premium Apartments occupied?
Our reception is open Monday to Sunday from 09.00 AM until 05.30 PM. Between 05.30 PM and 09.00 AM our Night Concierge is available by telephone.
Which TV channels are offered?
MyPlace offers the following TV channels: Austrian, German, Italian, Arabic, Russian, CNN, Discovery, Cartoon Network & more.
Is there a gym?
Yes we offer a fully equipped fitness room with multifunction unit, treadmill, free weights and ergometer.
Are there irons and ironing boards available?
Iron and ironing board are available upon request.
Is there a safe in each apartment?
Yes, each Apartment has a safe.
Do you have luggage trolly?
Yes trollies are available.
Do you offer limousine service to and from the airport?
Yes, MyPlace – Premium Apartments cooperates with a limousine service. Each journey can be booked directly at the reception. Of course private trips with a driver can be arranged also.
What are your terms of payment:
Upon check-in, the guest will be charged the full amount of the accommodation price.
Do you provide guests with a copying and free internet access?
Yes, you are free to use our business center in the lounge. Our center is equipped with a computer, internet connection and a printer. Our concierge will be happy to provide you with a copy of your mail, fax or photocopying service.
What is your pet policy?
Although we love animals, we are a pet free hotel.
Does MyPlace Premium Apartments offer Air Conditioning?
Yes, all apartments are equipped with central air conditioning.
Is there a hair dryer in the apartment?
Yes, all apartments are equipped with a hair dryer.
Is there a laundry and dry cleaning service at MyPlace Premium Apartments?
We do offer washing machines and dryers in the laundry room located in the basement. Guests are welcome to use these for a cost of 4,00 Euro per wash including washing powder and softeners.
Dryer is free of charge.
Are there parking facilities?
Chargeable public street parking can be used when available near the hotel. Parking in the inner city (City Centre) 1st district of Vienna is a short-term parking zone between 9 am and 10 pm Monday to Friday. One hour parking costs EUR 2.50 – the maximum parking period is 2 hours. Parking tickets can be purchased at the reception and any Tabac shop.

MyNextGarage car park: Gonzagagasse 2, 1010 Vienna (about 2 minutes by walk )
Costs: 4 EUR per hour / 40 EUR per day
Garage Hoher Markt: Sterngasse 5, 1010 Vienna (about 1 minutes by walk ).
Costs: 5.80 EUR per hour / 49.90 EUR per day

How to reach MyPlace Premium Apartments?
By underground: Line U1 / U4 Schwedenplatz or U1 / U3 Stephansplatz (about 5 minutes walk)
By Bus from Vienna International Airport:
Bus stop: Wien Morzinplatz/Schwedenplatz (2 mins walk form MyPlace Premium Apartments). Please check Vienna Airport Lines for timetable and prices. Link (Kursbuch (VU/MB2/FPL_KBP) / RenderDLL (viennaairport.com)
Is there a terrace at the property?
Yes, we have a beautiful roof terrace overlooking St. Stevens cathedral and other parts of Vienna. The roof terrace is accessible to all our guests daily between 09:00 AM and 22:00 PM. ( between beginning of May and End of September )
Can I book a sightseeingtour or other tours in the MyPlace Premium Apartments?
Our concierge will be happy to assist you.
